My goal with High Plains Bank Employee Experience is to foster a culture of engagement, recognition, and continuous learning, so that every member of our team feels like they can thrive and that their contributions matter. Wherever our employees are on their journey, from day one to the retirement party, I want them to feel they're part of something special.

Aaron Jarrell photo
High Plains Bank's generous support has been instrumental in my professional development. Between 2021 and 2023, they enabled me to attend the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (GSBC), where I gained valuable insights into all facets of banking while collaborating with fellow community bankers.

Furthermore, GSBC partners with multiple universities allowing me to enroll in a MBA program at the University of Colorado, Denver, who accepted 9 credit hours toward my degree. I am incredibly grateful for High Plains Bank's financial assistance and the time afforded to me to pursue these amazing opportunities. Their commitment to my growth has been truly transformative, both personally and professionally. --Aaron Jarrell, Relationship Manager
