Can my CPA or bookkeeper have access to my accounts?
Yes! You can provide your CPA or bookkeeper with view-only access. They will be able to see account balances, transaction history, and statements.
Can I provide my employees with business debit cards?
Yes! We can create and provide employee-designated debit cards for your business. Through Card Management in HPBGO Digital Banking, you can set limits and other card controls on all individual cards issued for your business.
Can I have my account statements sent to my home address instead of my business address?
Yes! We have the ability to send account statements to other addresses not listed as the primary address for your business account. You can also receive electronic statements which you can print.
What documents do I need to open an Business Account?
While every situation is different, in general, you will need the following items to open a business account based on the entity:
Sole Proprietor:
- SSN or EIN of Owner
- State of Trade Name (SOS)
Limited Liability Company (LLC):
- EIN / TIN of LLC
- Articles of Organization
- Operating Agreement
- Certificate of Good Standing
Corporation:
- EIN / TIN of Corporation
- Articles of Incorporation
- Bylaws
- Certificate of Good Standing
Non-Profit Organization:
- EIN / TIN of Organization
- If incorporated, Corporation guidelines apply
- If tax-exempt, IRS documentation or tax return
